We finally converted to V.11 and are having a problem with the ticket design we used in V.10. The word "household" is giving us problems. It doesn't seem to make any difference if I use "First Name1 and Last Name 1" or "Customer Name 1". I still get the word "Household" after the constituent names. This makes the name way too long on the ticket and there's no need for it either. I'm sure it will just confuse our ticket buyers, too
Did anyone else have this problem? If so, what did you do to correct it? I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Hi There!We used custom fields to add A1 and A2, last and first names to the header options. Then we created a different will call header for A1 of household and A2 of household. It takes a few minutes to set up, but ultimately has proved pretty convenienent.The same can be done for mailing headers, but the salutation fix works pretty will with that.Happy Tuesday, people!-Mark
