Ticket Design in V.11

Hi All,

We finally converted to V.11 and are having a problem with the ticket design we used in V.10. The word "household" is giving us problems.  It doesn't seem to make any difference if I use "First Name1 and Last Name 1" or "Customer Name 1". I still get the word "Household" after the constituent names. This makes the name way too long on the ticket and there's no need for it either. I'm sure it will just confuse our ticket buyers, too

Did anyone else have this problem? If so, what did you do to correct it? I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Thanks,

Susan

  • You could either have your header card pull from the salutation radio button on the “names” tab or do like we did and use the user defined fields you have for ticket design. You may need some code help on getting that to work. One of the database people here with Milwaukee Arts Partners made it all work on the backend for us.
