Generating lists that you did not create

Hi all,

We have a large and complicated set of lists that I created to segment my renewal notices.  I'm training a new staff person to run the renewals, but we've hit a bit of a snag because she can't generate those lists herself, as she didn't create them.  I know I could schedule them and probably will, but is there a way around this issue? A way to give her access to generate those lists, or to mass copy them under her name so we don't have to manually rewrite them all?
