Hi all,
We have a large and complicated set of lists that I created to segment my renewal notices. I'm training a new staff person to run the renewals, but we've hit a bit of a snag because she can't generate those lists herself, as she didn't create them. I know I could schedule them and probably will, but is there a way around this issue? A way to give her access to generate those lists, or to mass copy them under her name so we don't have to manually rewrite them all?
Thanks!
Beth

Try the "Generate a List" report/utility (assuming she has access to that report/utility). No need for her to own the list or setup scheduled job.
