Number of allowed logins

Hello Tessi-friends:

I have a user (an intern) who is only allowed to be logged in once in security (which I prefer). However, the user was still logged in on a machine that has since been shut down and removed, and Tessitura says he has exceeded his number of logins.

My questions would be:

1. How long does it take before Tessitura realizes this session has expired?
2. Is there a way for our DBA to manually expire the session on the back-end?

For now, I guess I'll just have to increase his number of logins, but I bet this will come up again - and hopefully has come up somewhere else!
