To support other applications we are moving to our Terminal Server farm, we decided to change the servers to "normal" fonts, since Tessitura now does a pretty good job running with that font size.
Predictably, I now have several users who are having trouble seeing the new, smaller windows, especially the General Tab and the Seat Map.
Had anyone else encountered this and found a solution? Short of buying a bunch of reading glasses, I have no good ideas.
The other thing to check is screen resolution. I made some changes to our constituent header which to me was practically invisible, however I had people flagging up that they couldn't read it anymore. I found that their screens were on really high res so the changes had made a real difference to them.
