RE: Normal Fonts and Tessitura

Not sure if this will help, but you might want to check Tools/Preferences and change the Seating Map Font Size.  Might also want to check "Maximize Windows" as well.  I believe we've had a few instances where we needed to change those settings for users.

Um... I did not type "Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4". Really! (I would never be so negative!)

To support other applications we are moving to our Terminal Server farm, we decided to change the servers to "normal" fonts, since Tessitura now does a pretty good job running with that font size.

Predictably, I now have several users who are having trouble seeing the new, smaller windows, especially the General Tab and the Seat Map.

Had anyone else encountered this and found a solution? Short of buying a bunch of reading glasses, I have no good ideas.

  • The other thing to check is screen resolution.  I made some changes to our constituent header which to me was practically invisible, however I had people flagging up that they couldn't read it anymore.   I found that their screens were on really high res so the changes had made a real difference to them.
