I'm curious to see if any organization has a specific job that is, for all intents and purposes, a Tessitura guru. Not someone who does the SQL and back end, but a trouble shooter who works inter-departmentally to insure Tessitura is being used to the best of its function. Someone who, for instance trains new users, coordinates lists and mailings/e-mails across departments,does set up for ticketed events/classes/anything that is sold, works between finance and ticketing/marketing to make sure things line up. And if you happen to have such a wiz, what is the title of this position?

For us that person would be me and my title is Manager of Patron and Operations Services (the Operations Services part is another area of responsibility, unrelated to Tessitura).
