Print At Home (PAH)

Greetings:

I am currently investigating the implementation of Print at Home and would appreciate any advice from those who have already walked down this path. In particular, I am interested in collecting some sample templates from those on RAMP (as I understand there are template size considerations)

Thank you all in advance.

Sincerely,

Keith

Here are some of our PAH templates.

    Here are my thoughts
Print at Home tickets are based on ticket designs. I am trying to limit the amount of ticket designs to one for SYOS, one for GA.

The hard part that I had to learn was how to test PAH for only a show or two if you use TNEW.  If you want to make it available for all shows you do not have to do this step.

    Open LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD
You have to add in the available shipping method for every production that you do not want to have PAH.
For example I had to add in one row for postal mailing and another row for will call for the dance production.
Or you can do it for each Production season or for each performance.

Other than that and having to work with the RAMP team to make sure everything is available the instructions in the help guide are pretty complete.

I think it is worth it to do this in this day and age.
