Print At Home (PAH)

Greetings:

I am currently investigating the implementation of Print at Home and would appreciate any advice from those who have already walked down this path. In particular, I am interested in collecting some sample templates from those on RAMP (as I understand there are template size considerations)

Thank you all in advance.

Sincerely,

Keith

Things I learned from our implementation years ago:

    • Have the ability to map different PAH templates to different Price Types.  This comes in handy when you have a Limited View price type.  You'll want different messaging on the ticket template stating this for the patron.  It becomes useful in other situations with other price types as well (i.e. Wheelchair seating, specialized group tickets, etc).
    • Limit the design and different colors on your PAH templates.  We've received numerous suggestions from patrons who say our template takes up a ton of ink.
    • There will be a good deal of extra real-estate on your PAH page.  We are looking at using that space for marketing or additional advertising (helps generate extra revenue!)

Also - iOS now has that nifty PASSBOOK App.  I personally think this should not be overlooked as I'm seeing more and more people use their devices to scan into concerts, movies, and airline flights. I'd love to see one of our Tessi family implement this and to help pave the way!

Please send me an email at scabanas@CenterTheatreGroup.org so I can reply back with our PAH design.
