Order confirmation templates (RAMP)

We are still in the implementation phase of Tessitura, with a full go-live scheduled for July 1.
Please forgive this newbie; I suspect the answer is obvious but I need some help from fellow users.

Thanks to TNEW, an order confirmation is sent when patrons purchase tickets through our web site.
We are trying to create a similar confirmation email when the Box Office completes an order placed within Tessitura.
We are a RAMP cusomter, and we're having trouble with templates.

TASK sent documentation and template examples.
I have instructions on how to update the templates, and how to update system tables to reference the templates.
I searched each folder in our RAMP desktop, searched InfoMaker libraries, reviewed tessitura.asmx through RAMP.
I reviewed the lots of documentation, searched the forums, and more ...

But I can't find:  Where are the templates, and how do you access these files?
I don't know how/where to save the template examples, or to review what templates already exist.

With this little help, I can probably begin the process of updating the templates.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Many Thanks

    Hi Wendell,

Once you've updated the templates to you liking, you can just attach them to a new TASK ticket in the RAMP workspace and they will place them in the proper location for you. You can ask them to just put them on TEST first, in case there are any problems.

    Hope that helps, and welcome!
