Hi everyone. I remember that with the last change in time (daylight saving time) none of our scanners correctly updated their time. I went around and manually changed them all after the fact. We assumed it'd work automatically. Does anyone who uses these know if there's a way to make this work automatically like it does on PC's, for instance? These scanners are small PC's, for all intents and purposes, so it's odd they don't update...
We had the same issue … The time on a scanner doesn’t matter in our NScan setup ( just looks weird for ushers), as current date/time is read of the server. There was an .exe file error ( I think clocknot.exe) that was not allowed to run and update the current date/time settings on a scanner.
