T_SUB_LINEITEM

Hi.  Has anyone run across a zero value in the paid_amt column of the T_SUB_LINEITEM table even though the order is paid?  Thanks for your help.

Chris

  • You're sure the due amt is not also zero?

  • Is it a comp_ticket price type?

  • It's not a comp ticket and the due amount is $40.  Even more troubling is that the sli status is SUP so these paid for tickets won't print?

  • Sounds like it's help ticket time. I confess I did once have an similar issue, and the problem wasn't just in sublineitem; there was mismatching in transaction and order seat hist. But it was totally a helpdesk script backend fix scenario.
