Saving PDF's of reports

I am not sure what exactly is happening but when we save a report as a PDF it appears to save but when you open it there are no pages.  A scheduled report saves to PDF but a manually run report does not.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Does it work on XP machines? Is this on all reports?

  • Public Knowledge Base Solution 16840. This might help you.

  • I should have added the description. "Unable to save report as PDF on certain machines"

You have to follow the steps EXACTLY, or it will not work correctly, as I found out the hard way…

Thank you!  I have followed the instructions exactly and we are now able to save as PDF.  Well at least on those computers that i have updated.  Slowly updating all of them.

    Thanks everyone.
