Our T-Stats (v3.0) runs very slow while opening up an existing workspace with a report attached. If we switch off the Symantec Endpoint antivirus from the problem workstations, T-Stats works just fine. We tried by creating an exception for T-Stats in the Symantec Endpoint at the workstation level but it did not help. Have anybody faced this before and found a solution for it?

We use VIPRE antivirus and do not have any issues.

Do you mind sharing what directories you have vipre excluding or any other configs I should using on these servers?
