PAHT COMexception error

About once every week or two I get this error.

Failed to print order.System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xFFFFDF81): Exception from HRESULT: 0xFFFFDF81
   at ticketformat.TessTktFormatterClass.getticketrecordset(Object ars_adoelements)
   at Tessitura.TicketFormatter.Engine.GetFormattedTicket(DataSet ds)
at Tessitura.ETicket.WindowsService.Orders.ProcessOrder(Int32 orderNumber, String receipt, PahtsSettings settings, DataSet dsTickets)
at Tessitura.ETicket.WindowsService.Orders.ProcessOrder(Int32 orderNumber, String receipt, PahtsSettings settings)
   at Tessitura.ETicket.WindowsService.Orders.Execute(String receipt)

It appears that the service seems to be losing connection but I could be wrong. When I get this, none of my print at home tickets will go out until I restart the service. Thanks to Murphy's law, this seems to to either on a weekend or late at night. Anybody else gets these errors and were you able to solve the issue?

Thanks,

Marty

Same here - every week or two, and a restart of the service appears to be the only fix. We worked with support on the issue once, long ago (when we were first implementing PAH), and with so many companies involved (i.e. as I recall there is PAH code here from CeTe, and JCA (or was it POP?), and Tessitura), that amongst all the storm and stress of getting PAH working, "restart the service" was the best/only solution we arrived at.
