About once every week or two I get this error.
Failed to print order.System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xFFFFDF81): Exception from HRESULT: 0xFFFFDF81 at ticketformat.TessTktFormatterClass.getticketrecordset(Object ars_adoelements) at Tessitura.TicketFormatter.Engine.GetFormattedTicket(DataSet ds) at Tessitura.ETicket.WindowsService.Orders.ProcessOrder(Int32 orderNumber, String receipt, PahtsSettings settings, DataSet dsTickets) at Tessitura.ETicket.WindowsService.Orders.ProcessOrder(Int32 orderNumber, String receipt, PahtsSettings settings) at Tessitura.ETicket.WindowsService.Orders.Execute(String receipt)
It appears that the service seems to be losing connection but I could be wrong. When I get this, none of my print at home tickets will go out until I restart the service. Thanks to Murphy's law, this seems to to either on a weekend or late at night. Anybody else gets these errors and were you able to solve the issue?

Unfortunately the only workaround that I've found is restarting the Print At Home service on a weekly basis as a preventative measure. I'd love to know of a real solution if anybody has one though.
