Hi Everyone,
We are in the process of purchasing Nscan and I'm putting together an ROI for the project. I wanted to know if anyone has data showing Nscan decreasing postage expenses (by print-at-home feature)?
Thanks,

Hi Al,
We installed NSCAN in our brand new 500 seat Theatre when it opened in 2009. We do 65-70% of our sales to subscribers which are still done on paper tickets, but for our single tickets in this facility in 2011 the breakdown of orders and tickets by delivery method was:
So there are the obvious savings on ticket stock, operator time and postage. But NSCAN also opens up alot of customer service possibilities around ease of ticket replacement and on-line exchanges. It also gives you real time attendance records so you can see who's arriving and when, to help you plan door time openings and staff rostering.
It's a great tool to have.
Cheers
