Telefunding Software

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know of a 3rd party software that would work with Tessitura to help genrate Tele-Leads?  What I am looking for is not Telefunding report, but something that would just pull directly from Tessitura to help place the call and not have to generate more paperwork.

  • We actually run our telefunding and telemarketing directly through Tessitura.  Soliciations are the primary area that are used to manage leads, and then we have several custom reports that help to assign and manage leads for callers.  We also have a custom screen for the callers to see at a glance the last shows attended and the last gifts given.  We have been using this system for several years now and have gone from printing tens of thousands of pages of leads to just printing orders for sales/gifts.

    We use extractions to pull lists for specific callers; then each caller copies his or her list, and deletes people from the list as soon as a CSI for the call has been created. Call backs are handled with ticklers. We have a custom that counts CSI actions to determine how many calls have been placed by each caller.

     

    At one point, we used control groups so that telemarketers could see only the lists assigned to telemarketing. Once a telemarketer copied a list, we changed the control group on the original so it “disappeared.”

     

    I appreciate the detailed call history we have in our CSI’s.
