Random question here - TX_PERF_SEAT.locked_by - what is that? I always figured that was a batch number, but only just looked at the numbers. Clearly not batch numbers.
Our IT dept wrote a report for the Ticketing Managers to put in the locked_by # to unlock seats. It sure beats calling up IT on their days off!
