We are setting up Print at Home Ticketing and are receiving an error of "No tickets found".

Here’s the complete segment of the log file:

11.10.28 13:41:52.487 0005 [Information, 1002] Processing Order 1 of 1 Orders. Order #672315 No tickets found

We have gone through the Troubleshooting suggestions in the documentation:

- tickets were not included in a batch print

- ticket template is not missing from PDF template directory

- ticket template does not contain fields for non data elements from the ticket design

- TPAHTS is running

- MOS for an order has an entry in TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION and a wildcard entry exists

Does anyone have any ideas on what else we could try?

Thanks in advance,

Angela

  • how does that order look? tickets are in there ok? paid for, not returned, etc...?

Delivery Method must be ok or it wouldn't have been picked up by PAH, interesting.....

  • The order looks normal.  The tickets look fine.  They are paid, and show as printed by webapi in the order history.

  • Hello,

Did you ever find the answer to this as we are experiencing exactly the same here?!

    Thanks,

    Scott

  • One quick suggestion open a TASK ticket and get the good people at Tessitura support on the case with you.
