Hi there!
After many years in Tessitura we have a lot of lists that are no longer used. We want to keep them in the system (and not delete them if possible), but I can't figure out how to mark them as 'inactive'.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Alexis
Not on the front end. You would need to do it list by list.
You could mass update the category on lists on the back end in SQL Server, but you would need something to programmatically identify all the lists to be archived (like order creation date on or before a certain date). If you can’t programmatically identify the archive lists, then you’ll still need to do it by hand.

Thanks for the idea Kevin! The archival solution was pre list category so it might be a little out of date for that area, however the control group also is useful for extractions, output set builder, references etc..The ability for people to manage their own lists though sounds like a great idea, I'm definitely going to work that into our system!
Thanks again!
