Inactivate Lists?

Hi there!

After many years in Tessitura we have a lot of lists that are no longer used.  We want to keep them in the system (and not delete them if possible), but I can't figure out how to mark them as 'inactive'.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Alexis

  • Hi Alexis,

When you highlight the list, you need to click "Edit" in order to get the check box to mark it as inactive.
Another thing you might consider is setting up some sort of archival control group
that you can assign to hide things that you want to keep, and yet don't want to really see everyday.

    Edit
The archival control group would typically be assigned to a user group that isn't used everyday, like
possibly an system admin (probably assigned by default), or if you have some user groups
that are assigned a higher level of security, these work well too.
