Does anyone know how to cancel a print job on a Boca? The job is no longer in the print queue. I thought there was some combination of keys on the Boca that would cancel.
We've got 1500 tickets that will print if we can't cancel this!
There is a menu item called clear download and you can choose either yes or no. Choosing yes should clear it.
