Does anyone know how to cancel a print job on a Boca? The job is no longer in the print queue. I thought there was some combination of keys on the Boca that would cancel.
We've got 1500 tickets that will print if we can't cancel this!
Tried that. We unplugged it for 15 minutes and it still wants to print the tickets.

A power cycle on the boca should do it. Just make sure you leave it off for 30 seconds or so. Is this a directly connected printer or a networked one.

This is a guess, but have you tried messing with the clear download settings? We have had other problems with our bocas from time to time and the clear download combined with a power cycle seems to do the trick to fix it.
