Our development department are trying to adjust a pledge, and getting the error "Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.tm_contribution'. This is happening as soon as you click on the pledge to begin the adjustment.
Any ideas? It's not happening on any others that we've tested.

Another way to see if the contribution is locked in another batch from the application is to open the contribution detail window from the constituent contributions tab. If you see a number to the right of the media type field, this represents the current batch that is locking the contribution.
