Unable to adjust a pledge

Hi

Our development department are trying to adjust a pledge, and getting the error "Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.tm_contribution'. This is happening as soon as you click on the pledge to begin the adjustment.

Any ideas? It's not happening on any others that we've tested.

This was something we tried and it made no difference. The original batch is closed and posted. Thanks for the tip anyway, I think it might be time to open a ticket...

Have you closed and posted the batch that the pledge was originally in?  If so, I would recommend closing the batch you are in (without the adjustment) and starting over.
