I've been slowly but gradually getting everyone in our consortium moved to the standard order confirmation process from a custom set up. In getting an organization set up, we've found an account that keeps generating blank confirmations. I've never seen this happen and any other patron account that we try, the confirmations are not blank. This one particular patron account however, keeps getting blank confirmations. Has anyone ever seen this happen? If so, were you able to get it resolved so the account received confirmations with ticket information and how did you resolve it?

If there is any HTML in it, check the email address properties of the one you are trying to send to. make sure that the "Allow HTML" box is checked.
