I've been slowly but gradually getting everyone in our consortium moved to the standard order confirmation process from a custom set up. In getting an organization set up, we've found an account that keeps generating blank confirmations. I've never seen this happen and any other patron account that we try, the confirmations are not blank. This one particular patron account however, keeps getting blank confirmations. Has anyone ever seen this happen? If so, were you able to get it resolved so the account received confirmations with ticket information and how did you resolve it?

I'm at my whits end trying to figure this out. and I'm at the point of throwing Tess out the window. Confirmations should be a standard and easy function but I have now had days of stress in running different reports without the needed results.
I'm trying to get a report that I can export into a merge document to print my subscription confirmations.

I can't figure out Infomaker because I don't know how to set up the database profile.
I don't know SQL or Visual Studio.
