I've been slowly but gradually getting everyone in our consortium moved to the standard order confirmation process from a custom set up. In getting an organization set up, we've found an account that keeps generating blank confirmations. I've never seen this happen and any other patron account that we try, the confirmations are not blank. This one particular patron account however, keeps getting blank confirmations. Has anyone ever seen this happen? If so, were you able to get it resolved so the account received confirmations with ticket information and how did you resolve it?

Hi Teresa, You are referring the email order confirmations correct? Is it a text email or an html email? If it is a html email try having the email sent to you and try to view the source of the message to see if there is any html in it.
