Tessi client

Having trouble with one particular PC and reinstalled Tessi client.

Checked all the usuals things; approprate folders and files, the 'path' etc .... even installed SQL Server manager...

After the "synchronizing files" it gets an error; never gets to the login screen. The error is :

CONNECT ERROR

Secure Check not done. Cannot connect to the Database !

Error:

Invalid OLE DB  provider name specified.

    It sounds like there is a problem with the local tessitura.ini file on this workstation.  Check to see that the following entry exists in the [sqlca] section:
    dbms=OLE DB
     
    If this is not the problem, please submit a help ticket and Support will be happy to help you determine the cause of the problem.
