From our remote box office, using remote desktop connection, we can't print to local boca and standard printers from Tessitura. We are able to print from other Windows applications using the remote desktop. This only happens at one of our locations (i.e. other locations using the same connection seem to work fine). We can't seenm to narrow in on the problem. Anybody out there using Remote Desktop that has run into this issue before or can provide some tips on how to resolve it?

Also to add, do ensure that you do have all print-drivers installed on the Terminal server you are trying to connect to, if you have mostly HP printers, there is a Universal print driver from HP you can install that covers all types of HP printers, ensuring that this problem does not come up again, as long as you use HP printers :)
