Profile Trace for SSRS Report?

Having problems returning results to an SSRS report from both Tessitura and BIDS.  How can I setup my trace so that I can see the parameter values being passed through tessitura to SSRS?

We are in a 64-bit SQL Server 2008 R2 Evironment

Thanks.

  • The trace event called RPC Completed is what was needed to capture the parms being used.

  • If you’re on a production environment with a lot of traffic, you may want to filter that trace down to the logins being used.  You could filter on both the user’s dblogin in Tessitura as well as the Shared Data Source credentials in SSRS.
