NCOA Exporting

Good Morning,

I've been running the NCOA Processing report limited by a list.  My Include List (ran out of Tessitura) consists of 1000 names, but the export report only shows 131 rows copied.  Is this normal?  Why would it not export certain accounts?

    I didn't limit any other parameters.  I think I found the issue because apparently we had the same issue last year. Most of our data is indicated as NULL in the n1n2_format field in the T_CUSTOMER table, mostly due to our initial import of data from our previos ticketing system.  The NCOA processing utility does not pick up accounts without that field updated properly. I need to update data in T_CUSTOMER to see which n1n2_format values correspond to the appropriate cust_types and then update the database accordingly.
