Hi all,
On some reports, the 'Schedule' radio button is grayed out. The documentation states that 'If the Schedule radio button is grayed out on the report / utility window, scheduling is not currently enabled for the selected report.'
Can scheduling be enabled for some of these reports? If so, is it a difficult thing to do? (Note that I'm not the DBA here ... just making more work for him!)
Thanks!
Paul
Check in Tessitura Report Setup that the “Allow Schedule” checkbox is ticked for the particular report you are noting here.

Hi there- Where can I locate the Tessitura Report Setup? I realize this thread is a few years old, does this setup have a new name?
Thanks.
Report Setup is included within every install/patch/upgrade package that you download, in the TessituraReportSetup folder alongside TessituraInstaller, TessituraClient, TessituraSync, and PBVM folders. The executable itself is gsrsetup.exe.
You'd have to ask your DBA or Sysadmin where you can access the executable -- in my environment we've put it on the Client share (where you would typically find the StartUp, Client, and User Reports folders).
Hi Nick – Being a RAMP client, it sounds like they should be able to provide a link.
I did not realize it was a separate application from Tessitura. Thanks a ton!
