CSI's - Expanding character limit for Action Steps

The limit is currently 255 characters on Action notes. This limit cannot be changed by users, I’m afraid.

Maybe this belongs more as an Email request to the Tessitura team, but thought I'd check here first.

Within CSI's, whenever creating a new Action Step, there's a character limit of about 3 lines of text. It would be great if we were able to copy email's or longer correspondence with each contact we have within a specific category.

Is this something we could change in the tables that I'm not seeing?
