Maybe this belongs more as an Email request to the Tessitura team, but thought I'd check here first.
Within CSI's, whenever creating a new Action Step, there's a character limit of about 3 lines of text. It would be great if we were able to copy email's or longer correspondence with each contact we have within a specific category.
Is this something we could change in the tables that I'm not seeing?

You could create a Notes type in Research to handle this issue, but the note wouldn’t cross-reference to the specific CSI. Perhaps you could save the e-mail as a document and then reference the specific document in the Action note.

That's a great idea. It would be nice to just be able to glance at the record & see the emails however instead of opening up each document one by one. Maybe someday! :)
For now, saving the email & uploading as a document in Research is probaly the way to go!
