PAH - PDF Issue

We have a line of text on our order page to inform patrons that they will need to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the files.

Has anyone experienced an issue with patrons saying their PDF  PAH tickets are blank?  When I open the file, it's fine.  I've discovered that some PDF viewers don't like Adobe created files and open up blank.  Is this something anyone else has experienced?  If so, is there a way to make sure the files can be opened in any PDF viewer with no issues?  I've had this problem come up about 3-4 times now and I need to find a solution if possible.
