Hey folks,
We upgraded to v10.0 over the weekend and have begun experiencing the following difficulty in Campaigns > Appeals while creating sources. When our devo staff click on the chiclet to select a list, the window pops up as expected. When they then click on any of the columns to sort the list (by create date or description or what have you), the system crashes with the following error:
Windowmenu: w_response_select_list
Object: dw_listoflists
Objectevent: clicked
Line: 5
Error Code: 6
Error Text: Invalid DataWindow row/column specified at line 5 in clicked event of object dw_listoflists of w_response_select_list
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Has anyone remedied it? I imagine I can’t go in and actually play with Tess’s Datawindows, but if I’m wrong someone let me know!
Could we have installed our upgrade incorrectly?
Thanks,
Rey

Thanks, Beth!
Is anyone having similar problems with the Query Element Parameter chiclets? I’ve created my first custom query parameter, and I can’t tell whether I built it incorrectly or if I’m just having wonky DataWindow issues.

We've had the same problem. My ITS people tell me it's a known bug to be fixed in the next patch (I think).Beth* * * * *Showing for the very first time on the Omnitheater’s 90-foot domed screen, Hubble will take you on an awe-inspiring tour of the cosmos.
