Is there a way to cancel 'generate counts'? We have one stuck on "scheduled" and I can't get it to error out or stop.

If you have an Admin with SQL Server access they can update the record for that extraction in the database to be "Open" (BIExtract.T_KA_HEADER.status), otherwise you'll need to open a support ticket. I'm assuming you use Tessitura Network Hosted Services here. If opening a ticket it's also worth asking them to look for and remove hung Extraction jobs from the SQL Server Agent: that's something only they can do.
