Canceling Generate Counts - extractions

Is there a way to cancel 'generate counts'? We have one stuck on "scheduled" and I can't get it to error out or stop.

  • If you have an Admin with SQL Server access they can update the record for that extraction in the database to be "Open" (BIExtract.T_KA_HEADER.status), otherwise you'll need to open a support ticket.  I'm assuming you use Tessitura Network Hosted Services here.  If opening a ticket it's also worth asking them to look for and remove hung Extraction jobs from the SQL Server Agent: that's something only they can do.
