I think I've asked this question before on Listserves but don't know whether I got a response - and if I did I've forgotten it!
I'm looking to run a report on a group of open CSIs that, once run, adds an action to the CSI and closes it. Is this possible? If so, can anyone share a script or any pearls of wisdom about how to do it?

Have you looked at the standard CSI Information Request Labels utility? It is designed to print mailing labels based on CSIs for things such as brochure requests and then close the CSIs. It will select any CSI with the Information Request category. And then you can use the CSI Activity to distinguish between different requested information, such as different types of brochures.
