Hi 

We are self hosted organization and tried to implement guest check out a couple years ago to our custom website.

We put project on hold, because it came with heavy dupes issues.

Could you share you experience, how you handle dirty/dupes data related to guest check out?

We are in Tessi 15.2.34. is it any changes related to Guest check out in Tessi 16?

    Previously in another role, we setup an auto merge procedure, based on 5 characters of first name, and full surname, post code (initially was 1 character of first name, and last name but we ran into issues with Deborah & David from the same address with the same surname!)
    Then this negated this issue with multiple accounts with different emails etc.

    The only issue we ran into, was that you can't disable guest checkout on specific performances, so we had issues with digital content, so we had to turn it back off.
