Variable pricing-triggers used?

Hi,

We are instituting variable pricing for the first time this season.  We have initially determined which shows will include but we also want to monitor sales throughout the season and react accordingly.  What methods are being used to do this?  I also want to know if you use % of capacity, # of seats sold daily or other criteria to determine prospects for price adjustments.

Thanks so much any information you are willing to share.

Jeri

    Hello Jon,
Is this chart from T-Stats?  If not, please fill me in on your process.

Thanks for being such a consistent responder to my questions.  You have been so helpful and I really appreciate it.

    Hello Jeri,

We have a demand pricing chart, that shows the numbers sold and percentage sold, by performance and section.  Once it reaches a certain percentage the color changes on the report that indicates that we need to bump the price.  I have attached a screen shot.
