Hi,
We are instituting variable pricing for the first time this season. We have initially determined which shows will include but we also want to monitor sales throughout the season and react accordingly. What methods are being used to do this? I also want to know if you use % of capacity, # of seats sold daily or other criteria to determine prospects for price adjustments.
Thanks so much any information you are willing to share.
Jeri
Hello Jeri,
We have a demand pricing chart, that shows the numbers sold and percentage sold, by performance and section. Once it reaches a certain percentage the color changes on the report that indicates that we need to bump the price. I have attached a screen shot.

This is a SSRS report with a stored proc behind it.
Sure anytime. If you want the report let me know and i can pack it up.
Jon,
Would you mind packing it up and send it to us as well, it sounds exactly like the report we need here.
Thank you and have a great day!

Sure here it is. It is an SSRS report just to be clear.
Hey Jon, this is Brent Oliver, also at the Phil. Can you repost the folder? When we download it we cannot open it and get an error saying the folder is corrupt.
Thanks,
Brent Oliver
I will just email you the file. For some reason when I upload zipped folders it does not seem to work.
Here's an alternate download location for the zip.
