We are trying to install a boca (via usb, not networking anything), and it is not being recognized as a printer. If I remember correctly, there's something that can be off with drivers? Does anyone have any thoughts about how to force the boca to be recognized?

Are you on Windows 11? I've noticed recently that Boca Drivers show up in Windows 11 Optional Updates. After I've installed the driver, then I switch to Generic.
it looks like someone else had to do this on WIndows 10 machines recently too: community.tessituranetwork.com/.../windows-10-boca-printer-issues-showing-as-other-device-and-not-as-a-printer
