Has anyone out there had any issues with running anti-virus on their seat and credit card servers?

We had an issue maybe 6 months ago where a Symantec update wasn't playing nicely with the credit card server. It would throw an error and when you clicked through the error it shut down the server. If this sounds familiar and you want more details let me know!
