I am wondering if you can build survey questions to only appear in a specific MOS. We are trying to build our University Night and would like to gather information about student's schools and graduation year but because we're building it as a flex group with a promo code for a singular performance, we haven't found a way to add the survey questions without them appearing for the general public. Yes! You absolutely can. I have surveys designed only for our walk-up MOS so that it gathers information on why people are not buying online.
Once you build your survey in TR_SURVEY_QUESTION. Go to the Ticketing Setup and Mode of Sale Maintenance. There is a tab called MOS/SURVEY Question. There you can select your MOS and then move the Survey questions you designed to that MOS under Associated Survey Questions.
Great! This sounds like exactly like what we're looking for. Do you by chance know if the survey questions appear on TNEW? I meant to put in the original post, that is where we're looking for these to populate that way folks can buy online.

Yes! You can select the different MOS that you are using on TNEW. So we have three different MOS for the website, because we have memberships and I can assign specific questions to each. If I choose the general TNEW MOS it will show for all sales I believe. But there might be a way to narrow that part down. Were you able to get this working? I am trying to replicate this as well. It looks lkike TR_Survey_Question only relates to creating a pop-up survey for the staff members when they are using the client. Survey Questions (tessituranetwork.com) Alternativley there is a second process for TNEW website for the guest checkout experience to fill in themselves with "additional information" that Samantha links below. Yet the additional information survey questions look like they only can be applied at the performance level. Beyond that, I cannot find the way to make a survey pop up for a specific MOS or source code. Could you share the checkbox where you can make this happen?
Hey Donovan, I think you can only do the survey question by production if you do not have multiple MOS for TNEW. For example, we have three. One is for our main TNEW users, then we have our memberships broken up into two different TNEW MOS's so that we can separate out access based on membership level. I think that is the only way to do that.

The workaround we have used is using a different software to collect the survey info first. We use Survey Monkey and leave the link to the survey on the ticketing page. The discount would only be available with the promo they receive at the end of the survey. The downside is that we do not have the survey data integrated with Tessi, so the constituency doesn't collect that info as a CSI.
