Reaching out to any FirstData users out there. In light of the announcement last week that Windcave will be dropping FirstData support “in the coming months”. I’m interested to hear from any Firstdata users…have you heard any more info? What are you planning to do?
Going through it too. Just FYI, our contract with Windcave says we get a 90-days notice. Nobody received any letters or emails about it (or Worldpay for that matter). But whenever they think they've made contact with you is when that timer starts.
Have you landed on a solution/alternative yet?
Not yet, this all just transpired a few days ago for us. There are #consortiumcomplications so the leadership is still navigating it all. Probably similar to Gawain.
