Reaching out to any FirstData users out there. In light of the announcement last week that Windcave will be dropping FirstData support “in the coming months”. I’m interested to hear from any Firstdata users…have you heard any more info? What are you planning to do?
We are trying to follow three courses: 1) see if there is any flexibility with Windcave, 2) reaching out to our merchant bank to see if they can apply some pressure and 3) seeing how far along we can move things with Tessitura Merchant Services.
Have you had any luck with responses from Windcave? We have not.
We're engaged with Windcave - it looks like we are moving to Windcave Merchant on a 1 year contract, with the long term intent to go to payments. Do you need a contact with Windcave?

Going through it too. Just FYI, our contract with Windcave says we get a 90-days notice. Nobody received any letters or emails about it (or Worldpay for that matter). But whenever they think they've made contact with you is when that timer starts.
Have you landed on a solution/alternative yet?
Not yet, this all just transpired a few days ago for us. There are #consortiumcomplications so the leadership is still navigating it all. Probably similar to Gawain.
